⚔️ IMPORTANT: Clan Capital Security Update & New Management Protocol

Dear Community,

Supercell is introducing major structural changes to the Clan Capital Raid system in the upcoming June update. While these changes are designed to eliminate "drive-by raiders" who steal our medals, they also hand us a powerful control tool to protect our 50 high-medal raid slots and block outsiders from leeching our rewards.

To adapt seamlessly, the management team is implementing a straightforward, two-tier protocol. Please read the updated instructions carefully.

## 🛑 The Game Mechanic: The New Raid Filters

When the June update drops, a player will be **completely blocked** from joining a Capital Raid if ALL of the following conditions are met:

•  The player has not completed an attack in the clan yet.
•  The player is a Member (not an Elder, Co-Leader, or Leader).
•  The player joined the clan after the Raid Weekend had already been started.
•  The clan's privacy setting is set to Anyone Can Join.

The Opportunity: By manipulating these four rules, we can completely control who gets to occupy our 50 raid slots, ensuring our rewards stay strictly within the family.

## 🎯 Our Solution: The Privacy Setting Protocol

Instead of restricting when we start the raid, we are shifting our workflow entirely to Clan Privacy Management.

Going forward, Co-Leaders will execute the following two-tier protocol across our high-medal clans (AboveTheBest, TheDivinesSG, and Bee&Daniel):

 1. Tier 1: Proactive Lock (Every Friday)

   Primary Defense

Before the Raid Weekend officially starts on Friday, Co-Leaders must change the clan settings from "Anyone Can Join" to Invite Only or Closed.

 This breaks the game's final filter, ensuring our returning members can hop in and raid without any restrictions.

 2. Tier 2: Reactive Bypass (The Backup Plan)

   Emergency Correction

 If we are late and the Raid Weekend starts while a clan is still accidentally set to "Anyone Can Join," any member who hops in later will be locked out by the system.

 The Fix: Co-Leaders must immediately promote that player to Elder. Giving them an established rank instantly bypasses the lock and permits them to use their attacks.

This update changes nothing for our core community as long as we maintain our settings. It simply gives management total authority to choose who enters our capital slots and allows us to swiftly reject or block outsiders looking for a free ride.
