I'm Mousy. Throughout the CWL period, I'll be sharing updates and information about our progress right here in this post.

A. RELEASE OF CWL MASTER ROSTER

Below are the CWL Rosters, make sure to find your CWL clans next to your names, and be sure to join your CWL clans 2 hours early and we will roll off the CWL at the Date Time stated above. Click on the images for a clearer view.


A.1. CWL Player Categories

In the CWL, those categorized as "War" serve as the primary attackers. Meanwhile, "In-Sub" players act as substitutes, and if feasible, they should be allowed to participate in more attacks to earn Medals.

Players marked as "NoWar" will remain in the clan and be part of the CWL roster (subject to leaders' decision), but they won't be engages in war battles.


A.2. CWL Roles

We want to highlight that we have an appreciative CWL bonus giveaway for players who take on specific roles, whether they are appointed or volunteer. We believe that allowing players to experience different roles in CWL adds an extra layer of enjoyment. The roles include:

1. The IC (in-charge) is the team leader of the CWL team, responsible for several key functions:

  • There are two ICs, IC-1 and IC-2, working together in driving the CWL.
  • Ensuring the team operates effectively and efficiently. 
  • Guiding the team towards achieving CWL's goals and missions. 
  • Fostering a positive environment through open communication, humility, support, and encouragement, while facilitating discussions and providing gentle reminders.
  • Organizing the rotation of team members for daily battles, star quests, war victories, and the promotion or maintenance of the CWL clan. It's important to note that each CWL clan has its own rotation criteria, so be sure to consult with your team or clan leader.
  • Evaluating CWL bonuses for team members and communicating the selection criteria for these bonuses to the entire team. 
  • 🪙 A CWL bonus is designated for this role - the main IC-1.

A.4 Our CWL Gameplay Culture 

DEFAULT TIME TO START CWL

  1. By default, our intention is to commence the rolling of CWL registration on the second day at 7:30 to 8:30pm Singapore time (5 to 6pm India time).

  2. This specific timing has been chosen to accommodate the majority of our working group members in the Singapore and India regions.

  3. However, it is completely acceptable to select a different time for CWL when the Brotherhood collectively decides to do so.

CLAN CHECK 1 HOUR BEFORE ROLLING CWL IN EACH CLAN

  1. One hour prior to the designated start time for CWL, it is recommended to conduct a final assessment of each clan.

  2. Leaders and Coleaders should utilize this platform to communicate and make any necessary last-minute decisions.

  3. In the event of an unforeseen situation within a clan, the actions taken to address it can only be effective until 1pm SG time the following day, before the CWL registration is closed by COC.

  4. It is advisable to reach a decision before 10:30pm SGT, allowing sufficient time to involve other clans if needed, before they initiate the search for a CWL match.

POTENTIAL MISSING IN ATTACKS

  1. In the final 30 minutes of a battle, it is necessary to replace any bros who have not yet attacked for the upcoming war.

  2. This is done to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances or important matters that may prevent them from participating in CWL.

NEW JOINERS DURING CWL WARS

  1. We warmly embrace new members who join our community. Nevertheless, if we are currently engaged in our CWL battles, all new joiners will assume temporary member roles until the CWL concludes. This measure is implemented to uphold fair play and ethical gameplay during the CWL. 🙏🙏


A.5 CWL Best Practices

  1. Know Your Schedule:
    Make sure to be aware of the CWL schedule and ensure you are available for your war attacks.

  2. Plan Your Attacks:
    Work together with your clan to strategically plan your attacks. Choose bases that play to your strengths.

  3. Scout Bases:
    Take the time to scout opponent bases and plan your attack strategies accordingly.

  4. Army Composition:
    Make sure your troops and spells are well-prepared and suitable for the base you are attacking.

  5. Upgrade Defenses:
    Upgrade your defenses before the CWL starts to maximize your base's strength.

  6. Communications:
    Keep clear communication with your clanmates through chat or external communication tools.

  7. Utilize Trained Attacks:
    Do friendly challenges within your clan to practice your attack strategies.

  8. Coordinate Donations:
    Coordinate the donation of the right troops and spells to war bases and attacks.

  9. Follow The Plan:
    Stick to the clan's war plan and strategies, avoiding any last-minute changes without consultation.

  10. Stay Calm and Focused:
    Stay calm and focused during attacks, execute your plan, and adapt if things don't go as expected.

  11. Learn from Mistakes:
    Analyze attacks that didn't go well and learn from them to improve future performance.

  12. Stay Positive:
    Encourage and support your clanmates, fostering a positive and cooperative environment.


A.6 CWL Bonus Distribution

In addition to the single bonus awarded to the team leader IC-1, we are using the following criteria to assess player rankings for the remaining bonuses:

- Players who not scored 0 or 1 star.
- Players who did not miss war attacks.
- Players with the highest hit rate performance, calculated as (total stars achieved) divided by (total war days participated).

We utilize COC APIs to gather CWL attack statistics in a spreadsheet, which automates the calculations and eligibility assessments. This approach helps to prevent any manual errors that could result in an unfair distribution of bonuses. The images below demonstrate the bonus rankings as represented in the spreadsheet.






A.7 Our Rotation Mechanics

For 16 players in a 15v15 battle, 
We switch out 1 of the unluckiest players with the lowest hits each war day! Here’s how we decide who gets rotated out:
  • A) If any player doesn’t attack in the last 30 minutes of the War Day, they’re out, even if they show up just before the clock runs out! ⏰
  • B) If a player only scores 1 star during the war day, they’re out! 🌌
  • C) The player with the lowest hits of the day gets rotated out. 💔

So, we’ll first check for point A) and if no one fits that, we’ll look at B), and if that’s clear, we’ll check C)... in that order to find 1 player to rotate out while bringing in our 1 resting warrior for CWL! 💪

This rotation logic is all about fairness, and here’s why:
  1. The best attackers stay in for the next war day, helping the rest of us snag more stars for a higher rank (which means more CWL Medals! 🏅)
  2. The lowest performer gets a break next war day (think of it as a mini-vacation!) to recharge and come back stronger! 🌈
  3. If a player can’t attack in the last 30 minutes, they deserve a rest for the next day because they might be struggling with time. We show them love by letting them take a break! ❤️
  4. So for 17 players on 15v15, we will swap 2 players per war, and so forth....
  5. Except for Team LETHAL where there are more rotation criteria, the above rotation mechanics serves as a common ground for us.



A.8 Join CWL with us


Players who opted in for CWL via WhatsApp and in-clan have been sorted into various rosters based on teams and gameplay styles—casual or competitive.

If you have sub-accounts that are not participating in CWL or are not included in these rosters:
  • You can choose a CWL clan to enjoy a no-attack 20% share of the winning medals, or
  • Stay in your current clan, or
  • Let Mousy know here (by replying to this post) or in-clan if you want to join CWL, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
